Shammah is an Associate in Benchmac & Ince. She is honing her skills in Corporate-Commercial practice and regularly provides legal advice to clients from business start-ups to seasoned companies; she manages entity formation and ongoing corporate governance for related corporations.
Shammah is passionate about the potential of Nigeria to be in the forefront of emerging economies. In this regard she provides legal support in transactions within the Nigerian power sector as well as transactions in Nigeria’s project and infrastructure sector.
