Legal Advisory support to the Government of Nigeria under USAID support for Transaction Advisory services for Public Private Partnership (PPP) management of the Lagos and Abuja Premier Medical Warehouses.

Legal Advisory support to the World Bank Group on Private Sector Participation in an Integrated Transport System in Lagos State. We reviewed the three projects under the transaction( Mega Terminal Project, Lagos State Water Transport Program, Truck Park and Port access Facility ) and flagged potential issues, risks and legal constraints in each sector that may affect private sector participation and investment in an Integrated Transport System in Lagos.

Legal Advisory support to the World Bank Group on PPP Project Prioritization and Institutional Strengthening for Kaduna State.
