We are pleased to formally welcome Ifeyinwa Ufondu into the board of Partners effective July 2021.
Ifeyinwa has over the years garnered extensive experience in Intellectual property, Corporate and Commercial law, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance, Energy (Electric Power), Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Infrastructure. She provides legal advisory services to the private and public sector on transactional and regulatory issues in her areas of practice.
She was until her admission into partnership a Senior Associate and the Team Lead of the Intellectual Property division. She generally advises on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions spanning brand protection, management and enforcement of all types of intellectual property rights.
